SHIPPING:
I ship domestically via USPS Priority or FedEx. All packages are insured, and usually arrive 3-5 days after shipping. Generally, your item will ship within a week of ordering, usually sooner.

At this time, I do not ship internationally.

I take great care to prevent items from breaking during shipment. Items are well-wrapped and padded which can sometimes create higher shipping costs. If your package costs more or less than the listed shipping price, I will contact you with options or a refund. Please don't hesitate to contact me before placing your order if you have any questions regarding shipping.

OUI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

POLICIES:
Please give appropriate credit when sharing photos from this site. Photos on this website may not be used to sell OUI items without my knowledge.

All sales are final. Email me immediately if you have any concerns regarding your purchase.
